If you are a challenge only artist and not on the front page of DPW, please go here to view the answer: How do I edit, hide, or mark my Challenge Entry as sold?
Luckily, there are three ways to do this: 1. From the Main Page When you are logged in, you can toggle the sold status of your paintings with just a click.2. From the Art Tracking Grid Load the paintings you want using the appropriate search criteria in the Art Tracking grid and then toggle it's sold status in the Sold column. Note: there is no need to save your edits in the Art Tracking grid since your edits are saved immediately. 3. Using a Bulk Action on the Art Tracking Page You can set many paintings as sold or available at a time using the appropriate Bulk Action in the Art Tracking page. These actions work upon the current search results and are found in the collapsible panel, titled Bulk Actions to the left of the grid. A common approach would be to search using a date range. |
