How to get the DPW Auction URL to put in your blog post

There are several workflows you can follow when creating a new auction. The one described below is for when you want to post your painting to your blog first, pull it into DPW, and then create an auction for it.

1. Post to your blog - use a place holder for your auction link (like "Click to bid - coming soon!")

2. Sign into DPW and go to your Art Tracking grid.

3. Click the Pull Post button to pull in the just created post.

4. Click the create auction button for the new painting in the left most column of the grid. Fill in and submit the auction form that appears, which creates and starts the auction. You may also want to click the Save as Template button before clicking the submit button. You can open an existing auction at any time in the form and save its values as the template for creating new auctions.

5. Copy the new auction URL from the Buy URL column and paste it into your blog post and any email you may send out.
